HYROX Dubai Training Program — Heat-Ready & Functional Focus: Weekly Structure includes 3× Heat-Acclimation Sessions (simulate desert entry stress), 2× Functional Strength & Running Intervals, 1× Full HYROX Simulation (heated indoor prep), 1× Mobility & Active Cooling Recovery Day. Climate Adaptation Focus: Prep body for heat exposure even indoors, emulate grip and energy drain in humid conditions, practice rapid cooling and rehydration strategies.
